White Garlic
It is a small bulb softneck type that is quite strong and predominantly white in colour. Egyptian White Garlic is a great storage garlic and will last many months if stored in a cool dry area.
Plants are robust and bulbs are smaller with normal sized cloves. Soft neck variety.
Red Garlic
Produces medium to large bulbs with approx. 7-10 cloves per bulb. The bulb is covered with purple striped papery skins.
